For IWCA Uganda Chapter to achieve and sustain consistent high quality programming and increase influence and impact, has identified four organizational priorities in which to invest support to achieve it’s strategic goals and fulfill strategic objectives;
- Attracting developing and retaining high quality staff
- Increasing and diversifying our funding
- Increased participation of members
- Management of implementation of this strategic plan
The chapter needs committed, skilled and professional staff if it is going to achieve significant impact.
