The International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA) Uganda Chapter is working to build thriving families and communities by empowering women. To sustain this mission, the project seeks funding to support three Secretariat staff positions, ensuring stable and effective operations.
As demand for IWCA Uganda’s services has outgrown its volunteer model, strengthening the Secretariat will provide the structure needed to drive advocacy, capacity building, leadership development, research, and market access initiatives.
With reliable staffing, the Chapter will expand women’s participation in the coffee value chain through policy advocacy, business training, and improved market access. This will positively impact over 10,000 women and their families within the IWCA Uganda network.
